  11.         Thank you for taking the time to evaluate the VERTEX CLIPPER
  12.         library.
  13.  
  14.         The VERTEX library is provided at no charge for evaluation
  15.         purposes only.  This shareware version of the VERTEX Library is
  16.         the complete working version of the program, not a crippled or
  17.         demo copy. It has a Shareware ID Screen which will not be in the
  18.         registered version.
  19.  
  20.         W.A. Steinert hereby grants you a limited license to use this
  21.         software for evaluation purposes only for a period not to exceed
  22.         sixty (60) days.  If you intend to continue using this software
  23.         (and/or its documentation) after the sixty (60) day evaluation
  24.         period, you MUST make a registration payment to W.A. Steinert.
  25.         Using this software after the evaluation period has ended without
  26.         registering is a violation of the terms of this limited license.
  27.  
  28.         You may register the VERTEX Library using the accompanying order
  29.         form (or a simple letter to the author stating the whish to
  30.         license the library); Company purchase orders are welcome.
  31.  
  32.         The $49.00 registration fee licenses one copy of the software for
  33.         use on one computer for a PRIVATER USER. Additional sites, or
  34.         additional computers on a local area network, must be licensed
  35.         separately.  Alternatively, site licenses are available; please
  36.         see SITELIC.TXT for details.

  38.         As a registered user, you will receive:

  40.         1.  The full retail package of the library having the Shareware
  41.             notice removed.

  43.         2.  The most current version of the VERTEX Library.  We are always
  44.             improving our products, and registration ensures that you
  45.             have the latest version.

  49.         4.  Notification of significant upgrades to VERTEX.

  51.         5.  Special offers on other products from VERTEX Enterprises (i.e.
  52.             foreign language library modules)
